As a United States business, we want to confirm it is 'business as usual' for our online store as we continue to operate and ship your orders Nation-Wide as normal throughout the pandemic.

Our operations are continuing with all necessary COVID-19 precautions and safe practices in place for our staff and delivery partners. 

Deliveries Impacted by COVID-19

Dispatch times: Please note due to increased online order volumes dispatch times can take up to 5 business days from receipt of order. 

Delivery: We have been informed by USPS and DHL that they are experiencing significant delays in the delivery of parcels, due the surge in volumes of online orders across the country.  We are still processing most orders within our regular time frames.

An important notice on Repairs, Showroom & Workshop

As we find ourselves in these uncertain times we've had to make some changes to the way we operate here at Zash Pets.

Zash Pets Repair Service

In the interest of public and workplace health and safety due to the health concerns relating to COVID-19 we have temporarily suspended the Zash Pets Repair Service which includes temporary closure of our Showroom/Shop.

For now we cannot accept any repairs including drop off at Zash Pets, drop off at Retail Partners or via post.

Repairs currently on premises at Zash Pets are being processed and will be returned.

Showroom

Our doors are closed for now however you can view our entire range here online at Zash Pets or chat with us online for any advice on choosing the right bed for your pet. 

Our retail partners continue to be stocked with Zash Pets product and remain open as they are an essential service, visit our stockiest page to find a retailer near you to see our products in person. 

Factory & Workshop

The health and wellbeing of our customers, staff & families is undeniably our most important responsibility at this time and minimizing any potential exposure is key as we all work to flatten the curve.
